The next morning we dropped off the joys and Tracy was very pleasant and friendly. She helped us get checked in and even called our vet to get some vaccine certificates faxed over. Since I didn't have a copy she gave me one. When we came back the next day to pick the boys up Tracy again helped us with a smile and friendly attitude. So he hadn't had a haircut for awhile as I searched for a local one-on-one groomer. I sent a message out by FB and then we communicated by text which is easy and convenient. My pup was cleaned up and well groomed within an hour and half and we got a bonus- some beautiful photos! After grooming he looked like the 7 month old we found at the shelter, like years younger!
