In the last 2 weeks my step-father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and is declining rapidly. I called last Saturday (3 weeks before the event) to cancel the order and explain the circumstances and Tammy, the owner, told me they could not refund any money, that we can use it for the next party or gift it to someone. I am actually floored that they would refuse to refund under $200 to a family that is going through a shocking tragedy. The caterer, bakery and hall were so gracious. Shame on Rustic Charm.

We used Redding Tents to furnish our outdoor wedding at a friend's farm. We're from out of town…read more(about three hours away in Sonoma County), so we came a couple months before and reserved what we needed (tents, chairs, tables, dishes and silverware). We made adjustments about a week before according to our RSVPs. They delivered everything and set up the tents the day before. Everything went off perfectly. Since they are closed Sundays (and didn't charge us for it because of this fact) they came back and picked up everything on Monday, after my wife and I had already gone back home. It could've been a real nightmare for us having this all happen without us being around, but RT&E was professional, helpful, and took care of everything we needed. We could not be happier with the whole event.

We rented chairs for our ceremony as well as tables and chairs for our outdoor reception. Everything they provided was in amazing shape and beautiful, our guests were impressed and we were thrilled about how the tables and chairs made the entire look our of very rustic outdoor camping wedding come together! It would not have been the same if we had not rented their farm tables! The day of the wedding they brought everything, set it up, checked in with us one placement and specifics and were just as efficient with pick up. We don't live locally, but Jesse was easy to contact, responsive, willing to discuss different rental options and overall made it very easy to plan everything without having to be local. They even have cornhole! Which was perfect, cause we had a cornhole tournament during our cocktail hour. All their rentals are in great condition and are stunning.
