Their gorgeous wood tables and chairs were perfect for our romantic day. Overall, they were a joy to work with for our engagement party, bridal shower and wedding and I will be using them in the future for other events as well.

My first suggestion- DO NOT RENT FROM THEM WITHOUT A WEDDING PLANNER/COORDINATOR. My number one request was to have delivery and pick up - they kept putting me off on that with "we will see how it goes" about a week before my daughters wedding "their delivery truck was totaled in an accident" they not only made us find our own delivery truck, they also gave us all the "requirements" entailing what kind of truck we would need to rent. Sounds helpful but was nearly impossible. Luckily our venue had access to such a truck. However - I'm sorry your truck was in an accident but how does that become my problem? Their customer service took a sharp decline at that point. Fast forward to pick up where we arrive to see their delivery truck being loaded with goods for their friends wedding - sooo - still not convinced of their honesty regarding the delivery situation. After all that - we were given a VERY long list of does and don'ts with threats of having to pay for replacement pieces if they found ANY damage. Most pieces already showed wear and tear so if you have been charged for replacement from them you got ripped off. The chandelier my daughter was so excited about didn't work - everytime we plugged it in it blew the breakers - no power throughout the venue. So no chandelier for her. The bar we rented they tried to say we damaged even though it was clearly where their paint job was separating at the seam. They "kindly" covered that for us. Even though there was clearly no damage. The sweetheart table did get damaged on the drive back which we were fully aware of and prepared to pay for. We were also charged for a "missing" candlestick which we are certain was in the crate as it is no where in anything we have. They sent our final bill which I was still fuming over - mostly because of how they treated us at pick up and delivery - and they actually ran my card for those charges WITHOUT my approval! I can 100% say I would never rent from them again - no amount of cute stuff is worth the bad customer service and dishonest treatment we received.

Before posting this review I emailed the company explaining my concerns. Matt the gentleman that worked my wedding was clearly under the influence of a controlled substance. As a former law enforcement officer is was highly alarming at his behavior and appearance. Upon arriving to my wedding to walk down the isle the first thing I noticed was him. His jaw was moving side to side, pupils abnormally large, twitching movements, and stumbling around amongst my guests. As the night went on his behavior got worse and even more noticeable every time he would go to his vehicle and come back. Matt was the individual that answered my email of concerns and stated he was just stressed from scheduling conflicts. I spent my entire wedding night being approached by just about every guest asking me what was going on with our photo booth guy and asking if he was high when I booked him. When I received my cd with all of my guests photo booth pictures it included another couples wedding guest pictures as well. Very disappointed in this service.
