The gym staff are very rude and unfriendly. I went to this gym on a trial/free pass. Upon getting another member to let me in, I was almost tackled to the ground by an arrogant "hey i've just completed an online PT course, so I'm hot sh*t" female staff member. After explaining I had a pass, she just grunts "err ok", without smiling, without welcoming me to the club, without showing me around. I believe customer service makes or breaks a business, and this place lacks it big time. The equipment isn't fantastic for serious athletes, and is littered with functional trainers/generic pulley machines that look like they were chosen because they didn't know what to get. Has a fair amount of cardio equipment. Would only suggest you go to this place if you have a membership for the swimming pool downstairs (their main business).
