I purchased a package with massage , manicure and hand wax. She got a hot stone massage , which I do know is more expensive , that she didn't want and when she told them the lady said that was the only massage she knew how to do. When it came to the hand waxing they went and watched Youtube to learn how to do it , and they actually admitted to it. My wife told me about all of this a few weeks after the fact , so I drove up to talk to them about it because its not cheap for a spa package , even though this place is very reasonable, and you want what you paid for. The woman at the front desk who is listed on their webstie as nothing more than hair and make up tells me they have had people quit and that they are cross training. When I tell her that watching youtube to do something I paid for is not really what I had in mind when I purchased this , she got rude. She made comments how she just should not have told my wife about Youtube and more or less called my wife a liar on the massage saying that it didn't happen that way , and got loud and just all around annoying. I left before I said anything rude back or called them all what I really wanted to and did what I thought was right , I tried to contact the owner. Phone calls didn't work so I emailed her email on their website. I was nice and polite and just said how unhappy we were with the service and attitude and that I know people can have bad days but this was over the top. She never bothered to reply , I guess she just doesn't care. This place used to be great , they use to have some really sweet and caring people working there , we will not spend another dime , they have told us what they think about customers by calling them liars and not responding to calls and emails when one has a complaint. I gave them two stars for their spa is very nice to not be an upscale place and there are still a couple of really sweet women still working there

I honestly wouldn't recommend another salon or another stylist in the world. Am I biased because she's my friend? Maybe. But if she was jacking up my head we'd just be friends! Anytime I need a haircut she's on it. I could call her right now (10:00 PM) and tell her I needed a haircut and tomorrow afternoon my hair would be cut exactly how I like it (military style). My wife isn't here right now to give her input, but I KNOW, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that she absolutely loves this place and Kerri in particular. Let me tell you - for at least the past 11 years for me and even longer for my wife - we have used Kerri. Even when she was with that other place. And I would never ever consider using another salon. One of the worst things about being gone on my Navy stuff (second only to missing my family) is not having my hair cut here. So if you need your hair cut, dyed, or whatever you ladies do to your head, come to Cut Loose. Everyone there is professional and outstanding at what they do. I'm partial to Kerri, but there are other great stylist to choose from. I highly recommend it!
