I was given a consultation on my skin which was followed by the signature Eden facial to address my own personal skin concerns. Not only did she focus on my face, but she also applied product and massaged my neck and décolleté which was a nice addition to the facial. The entire experience was so relaxing from the cleansing to the extractions. But most importantly, my skin looked so bright, plump and hydrated when she finished. I can't wait for my next one in 4-6 weeks.

Because I don't mean to self-congratulate, but no one thinks I'm about to be 31 when they first meet me...they think it is more like 25 and that is all thanks to botox (and Terri). My favorite thing about Terri is that she doesn't overdo it. She's told me "no" more than a few times because she's the expert and doesn't want me to look like one of those Beverly Hills Housewives. Does it hurt? A little...but not as much as wrinkles would. So go ahead, make that appointment. You know you want to.

Loyal Client - Years of Consistency & Excellence…read more I've been a client at Milan Laser Hair Removal for years and have a lifetime contract, and the experience has been consistently top-tier from day one. The service is always fast, professional, and exceptionally clean--which is non-negotiable for me. I receive facial hair removal treatments, and the results and care have kept me coming back. Today, I was treated by Mia, and even as a long-time client, she didn't cut corners. She took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment process, ensured I was comfortable, and paid close attention to detail in my treatment area. That level of care and precision truly stands out. Mia was outstanding--knowledgeable, detailed, and intentional in her work. If you're considering laser hair removal, especially with a long-term investment like a lifetime plan, this location delivers both results and professionalism every single time.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. The service was rushed and…read moreimpersonal, with little to no communication throughout the appointment. The technician did not check in at any point to see if I needed a break or had concerns. I received a full face and neck laser treatment that was completed in approximately five minutes, which felt inadequate and careless for the service provided. The entire experience felt transactional, more like a drive-through than a professional laser clinic. Customer service and attention to detail were severely lacking. This experience did not meet the standard I would expect from a business offering laser treatments.

So I wasn't going to go that route and took it out of my IRA. Now she wants to offer me a lunch facial for the $195 everytime. That is NOT the same thing.
