They stock yarns that are not normally seen on shelves in craft chain stores or in my LYS. Now that my skills have improved, I decided to order some Scheepjes yarn, a Dutch company that has some of the best looking yarns of every colour, weight and, fibre content I've ever seen. I also bought Lion Brand Basic - not readily available on shelves around the Lower Mainland. I ordered online on Black Friday and received them by the following Tuesday! I'll definitely be reordering in the very near future.

Literally the worst service. I just got engaged and was excited to start crafting. I saw online…read morethat I could do curbside. I had a 60% of coupon really just wondering where I could use it. I call customer service and I was told straight up "that's a separate with it being online, I can't help you." Fine, I tried letting it go and ordered online for curbside. As I arrived to curbside and called like suggested I was rudely answered by phone. Asking me if I "even got an email, do you even know if your order is ready?" Before even knowing. Having it been 5 hours since my order was placed she made me feel stupid. I was just surprised why the need to be so rude. We end up exchanging i went to pick up my items. As I went back to the car I wanted to make sure A. My order was ready and B. That I didn't need anything else....before I got to finalize I had a knock on my window from an employee asking if I got all my items. I said yes I just wanted to verify I didn't need anything else. She then tells me " Well this is our busy time and your order wouldn't be ready today anyways." Even then I didn't know but there is a way to speak to people, times are rough now and kindness goes a long way. "I then said no problem, I wanted to know just in case I should order for tomorrow then. She said "our busy time is right now so if you leave that would be great, thanks." Never in my life have I been talked to. I wanted to go off but better yet I will never shop at this location again.

Fortunately one of those buddies told me about Everything Foam near Canadian Tire. He had replaced his RV mattress here and was really pleased with the service, price and product. This is one of the finest establishments I have had the privilege of doing business with. I cannot speak highly enough about Chad as a person and a professional. He has helped me so much in building a mattress that is the most comfortable I have ever had, after a really poor experience spending big money at sleep country on a sealy that was useless after about a month.
