Mrs. Saundra was incredibly attentive and compassionate from start to finish. She took her time helping my friend try on different styles, adjusting and styling each one without ever making us feel rushed. What made it even more meaningful was her personal connection as a cancer survivor. Having someone who truly understands what this moment feels like made such a difference. The selection was huge and once Summer knew what i was looking for she brought some out of the back room too. I was so comfortable and at ease she is a lovely kind person. We ended up buying two wigs she gave us a wig eduction and Instructions for care. Just for basic information you do not return and cannot return wigs anywhere. I would not be happy to buy a wig from someone's home used or not. There are signs in the store that wigs were not returnable. Summer also told me you can leave them here and we will hold them for you. You have pictures. She wanted me to completely understand they will not return wigs. So people giving bad ratings for not being able to return a wig it's not fair. It's an industry standard in every store.

I was there for moral support with a loved one who was wig-shopping due to hair loss for a medical reason This staff member was exceptionally patient, kind and empathetic! Additionally the wig selection was superb! I definitely peeped some items for myself! Pricing was a little hiked in comparison to what I have seen in other places for similar styles on the wigs. Also the wig area is on upper level so not sure if there is elevator access. However, this is a massive supply store so likely to find what you're looking for. Let's put her out of business as her behavior was asinine and placing her hands on my minor daughter will get legal action filed against her. Shop elsewhere. Which means she can't apply chemical to your hair. She specializes in braids and at no point does she pull your hair, stress your edges or cause you pain. She can braid every texture of hair, and does all ages and genders. A professional in every sense of the word, Que is transparent in servicing of clients. At every point it was clear what I was paying for and she was clear about the feasibility of each request. Hair Galore does offer some hair care items and accessories. She gets booked pretty far in advance so don't call and expect an appointment right away. But do take high expectations and they will probably be exceeded.

Great store! So…read moreI've been to this store twice and I have to say this is pretty great store! This store is located right off a main road (Tryon) and in between other small business with this plaza. There was nothing in this store I couldn't find - gel, weave, tons of wigs stuff for natural hair, products for permed hair - you name it - they got it!! On top of that , the lady (possibly owner) is super nice , super helpful and has a great rapport with every customer that entered the store. There's plenty of parking outside although it's somewhat of a tight parking section. However, the times that I've been there it's never been crowded. They even do eyebrows which I totally didn't know until I walked in. To be honest - the only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because the wigs can be a give and take - some were nice some looked raggedy. Overall, great store GREAT customer service to everyone !! I would highly recommend.
