Taking good care of the customers at either the register or the photo department. They do NOT do money orders. This store's (this specific location only) limit on universal reloads (Chime, Cashapp, other card reloads, etc.) is 500$ per day per customer. As of 2021, Walgreens no longer offers in‑store coupon books. All Walgreens coupons are now digital and can be clipped in the Walgreens app or on their website.

Do not get your passport photos made here! I walked in and specifically requested a digital photo…read more I was told I would get two paper photos and a digital one would be emailed to me. The paper photos looked fine - centered, the area around the white screen cropped so the background was pure white, head scaled to the correct size. Imagine my surprise when I received the email photo which was the BEFORE photo before the sizing and cropping! Of course the online passport service rejected that! I was told Walgreens always sent the original (what good would that do anyone for a passport photo?) and if I wanted a photo that matched the correctly formatted paper ones, I'd have to pay another $6 to get it on a memory stick! Very frustrating as my whole point was to get a usable digital photo - I had no need at all for the paper ones.

I typically walk in to get my prescriptions due to the long wait at the drive thru. On Saturday…read morelate afternoon 6/20 I went to pick up my Rx. I am learning that inside can take just as long based on who is working. It's frustrating when you sign in and acknowledge the Rx you are picking up then you watch everyone who is behind the counter doing other things and not taking care of the customers. One person was shoving filled Rxs into the baskets based on the last name. Couldn't stop to see there were three people waiting to be taken care of. Other tech filling rx's and another walking around the back. Finally the only nice person, a gentleman assisted me. I wish I knew his name because he is always pleasant and helpful.
