I was on my way but would arrive on time for my appointment. I walked in at 6pm on the dot and apparently they took a walk-in with really long hair because the stylist was working on her hair. They told me it would be 5-10 min wait. It's now 6:20 and I haven't been serviced yet. Now I am going to be late to my event. The sweet receptionist told me a stylist called out sick that's why they were backed up. But that story didn't make sense since I received a text at 5:30 asking me to come in early. I wish I could walk out but unfortunately I need my hair done tonight. Fortunately because of the inconvenience they did offer to do the blow out for free. I am grateful for that, but it doesn't change or fix the inconvenience of being late to my event tonight.

Eddie admitted to bribes from my ex and I told him I would record the convo and it's been handed over to the police. I quickly made an appointment for the same day with a lady who was extremely helpful and pleasant!!! Since I am new to the community I got there a little early and as usual I tend to talk too much. Everyone was very friendly which put me at ease. Dennesha was my stylist and she listened to what I wanted and yes she Really did listen. She was assisted by Robert to get what they felt was the best coloring and WOW IT CAME OUT GREAT! Dennesha styled my hair perfectly I am absolutely thrilled because for the first time after I leave a salon I didn't rush home to wash my hair from all the product most stylists use. Dennesha has the same opinion as I do about product so my hair was clean and styled with out product! Now they give a discount and free gifts for being a first time client it was very nice and different as I have never been treated like this before. I will be back but my piggy bank will need a bit of refilling to get my next appointment in 6-8 weeks.

After getting the exact opposite and finding uncolored grays left underneath to boot, I contacted the owner who at first didn't respond at all. Then when I contacted a second time said that the attached color is light brown/dark blonde and that this is what I asked for. She also claims to be chemist in the medical field and says that the attached is LIGHT brown/dark blonde and that I'm imagining that it's not darkest brown of all possibly a level 4 or 5. I guess the customer is always wrong at "Blondie's" and I guess I don't know what light brown/dark blonde is despite 20+ years of coloring my hair at other salons. She ruined my hair color and gave no recourse so now I have to pay over $300 for color correction at a reputable salon. Hope this helps whomever is considering.
