I was on my way but would arrive on time for my appointment. I walked in at 6pm on the dot and apparently they took a walk-in with really long hair because the stylist was working on her hair. They told me it would be 5-10 min wait. It's now 6:20 and I haven't been serviced yet. Now I am going to be late to my event. The sweet receptionist told me a stylist called out sick that's why they were backed up. But that story didn't make sense since I received a text at 5:30 asking me to come in early. I wish I could walk out but unfortunately I need my hair done tonight. Fortunately because of the inconvenience they did offer to do the blow out for free. I am grateful for that, but it doesn't change or fix the inconvenience of being late to my event tonight.

I went to this location first and bought the membership because of how clean and great everyone was. Also the AC was blasting which is a huge pro given that everyone is blow drying and make it the place hot. This is a full salon for hair, nails, spa treatments and purchase of products too There are many different sections to this place which is quite interesting how the lay out is. My stylist Stacey spent time listening to what I wanted and made suggestions as to the best way to achieve my desires (shorter, easier to wash, able to be styled if I want but not fussy, ) She cut carefully, and styled with very light gel but also showed me a wash and drip dry version. It was quite becoming and she was a pleasant conversationalist throughout the process. Prices seem to me to be perfectly in line with the level of training everyone seems to have. The atmosphere was not overly loud (as can be too often the case) and all the workers and clientele were friendly. I also like that they are an AVEDA salon with quality product. She did and ripped some out and cut my hair choppy, and my sides are 3 inches shorter than the rest when it was one length. My real hair, not the extensions, was cut, and blending definitely wasn't done. I'm very confused by all their excellent reviews.
