Wow! I honestly can't say enough positive, wonderful things about this salon! We are a long way from home and this place literally saved Santa. My husband needed a beard bleaching and tone before taking his seat as Santa. We had trouble finding a salon in our area of Maine to do it. Another Santa was able to find this place and we immediately got in touch with the them. The owner, Bonnie, was fantastic! She made the appointment and we saw her the day after we arrived from Maine. After the consult, 2 bleaching sessions, a pair of purple neutralizing rinses to eliminated the yellow brassines and a quick touch up trim...Santa looked fantastic. If you are a pro Santa or just want your beard/mustache/hair to look Santa wonderful, give Bonnie a call. Very professional, knowledgeable, and just downright nice! I had the privilege of having Annette give me a shampoo, long layer cut and style while Santa was getting beautified. She listened and I ended up with one of the most amazing haircuts/styles. I am not easily pleased and usually don't leave a salon all smiles. Today I did. Very happy with the style and movement she was able to coax out of my long, thick hair. A talented stylist makes all the difference. The rest of her staff are very nice, they are personable and just a really fun group. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I placed an online order on this salons website for a curling iron back on February 5th and two days later on February 7th they reached out to me telling me the curling iron wasn't in stock and stating that they would give me a refund and they still haven't issued my refund. I've tried contacting them by phone, email and even got the better business bureau involved just to get my refund and they still have not responded it is now June 10th and I haven't heard from them or received my refund. This is absolutely unacceptable they are scammers and to make matters even worse they do a shit job on people's hair. I will keep contacting them until I get my refund. read more

If you are new to this area or been here for years, you have to check out this salon. The ambiance is super warm, welcoming and modern and the staff is the same. I love, love Clarissa! She did highlights and several haircuts for me and nails it everytime. She is good at her craft and has an awesome personality. I think she truly gets to know her customers to understand what they are looking for and she delivers. Extremely up to date modern salon but without feeling stuffy or stuck up....The owner, Bonnie, is amazing, she's always there and keeps herself and stylist on top of all the cutting edge hair designs!!!
