Crystal has talked me through different ideas depending on what I'm feeling and has shaped my hair for both short and long cuts, resulting in manageable hair that works with my waves/curls! I also appreciate that she takes into account what your typical regimen is when cutting your hair (I'm very minimalist aka don't typically style my hair with tools and like to either air dry or throw my hair into a bun); she has given me low maintenance tips on how to manage it that I continue to use. Note: The front door is a bit hidden between two larger shops so look for the yellow honeycomb sign on the door and go up the stairs and into the left door. The staff was super friendly and they gave us unlimited raspberry iced tea to drink the whole time. They have a dog that ran around the store too. May not be your thing but I had a blast playing with Thurston while I waited for my wifey. The girl that did my wife's nails, Gabriella, was really cool too. Very personable and professional. She also did a good job on the nails (so says the wife). The staff also went out of their way to recommend a place nearby to eat, and when we found out we were running late for a show we were going to see, TEASE even let us eat our take out inside the salon. Doubt my wife will ever drive 2.5 hrs to get her nails done here again, but if we're in the area, it's the only place she'll go now.

I cut off my long locks and added more layers. She had great suggestions, super easy to get along with, and knows what she's doing.
