The exterior is built well and has definite curb appeal. The inside has great selection and the prices are fair. They have an LLB license and have a cooler in the back for cold drinks. They have great selection of snacks, merchandise, gear, and much more. This store is essential to everyone, is inviting, and very interesting to be inside! We found out the card was redeemed in Toronto, yet my son was in Ottawa! I called and explained what happened and the person I spoke to said that someone would get back to me. I wasn't hopeful. But then, I got an email from Frank Perry at The Beer Store in Mississauga saying they would be reimbursing us for the gift card - and giving us an extra $10 for the trouble of having to call in!! Apparently, they have had some trouble with people hacking into their gift card system, so I guess we weren't the only one they heard from. I was so happy with the good customer service. Gift cards are like cash and they might have just told us we were out of luck, but to my surprise, they believed us and we got our money back! Thanks so much, Frank!
