He was down to earth and we were able to joke around with him and he didn't get his feelings hurt lol. It bit us hard since the house fell through, but he didn't give up and asked if we wanted to try and save the deal and go with his lender, which we did and were able to get the house. We originally had a different realtor, but she was rude, unprofessional, and didn't ask us what we were looking for. She just sent houses and didn't ask questions. We had met Freddy at an open house we were interested in and right away he was very personable.
