Anyways this part of Vancouver is really one of the best place to walk and just chill, near by the water and theres endless activities to do in here, kayak lesson, dragon boat etc etc, although parking is mostly paid but still it will be worth.Parking fee portion can be refunded if you buy something in any establishments with in the area restaurants, london drugs etc. So many restaurants in here, the science world is also here.near skytrain and bus stops. The surrounding is very clean, dogs are allowed in here. Selections for restaurants is good as well.Pharmacy, groceries, produce, snacks name it and they have it. I am a frequent in here because for some reason i am encouraged by the view, the water, and other people doing their daily walk, its like" lets go all walk together" One of the nicest spot in lower mainland,if someone or a friend is visiting you well gezz this one is very good to show them. Lately there's always construction going on so traffic is kinda bad but still manageable.

It has a few brewery in the hood along with banks and some trendy restaurants. Yes and its surrounded by highrises. Pretty cool and neat neighborhood. It doesn't have the crazy downtown busy vibe. This is the only residential building on the block and is centrally located - connected underground to the pacific center mall, the bay, and the granville skytrain station. The building also has a steve nash gym on the 2nd floor and 7 levels of parking. I would not recommend this apartment building to people with families, since it is quite noisy and more suited for young professionals or retired people. the apartments facing granville street can get quite noisy in the summer due to all the street festivals going on, and this can be a plus or negative depending on the kind of person you are. The average rent varies from 1500 - 2500, for 1-2 bedroom, furnished and unfurnished. The building is pet friendly and has 2 gardens - on the 4th and 6th floor. the building also has its own gym, party room and games room. There is no pool or theater. guest parking, although available, is very limited and you need to book way in advance. overall, if you can find an apartment in the building, get it ! It's a great central location and gives you the perfect taste of downtown living.

Finishings are above average but nothing high end so it's appealing to investors. Good floor plans throughout, and live/work zoned units available.
