My subletting experience in this salon was disappointing. The owner frequently opened and closed…read morethe salon at her own discretion, which directly affected my ability to operate and see clients. Despite these unpredictable closures, I was still required to pay full rent. This arrangement felt unfair and poorly managed. Future subtenants should clarify access and operating hours in writing.
The overall communication style was consistently negative and aggressive, which made the experience stressful. Communication should involve mutual respect and reasonable dialogue, and that was lacking.
My experience was disappointing mainly due to the salon temperature. The space was consistently very cold, making appointments uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy. Clients are expected to sit still for long periods, and proper heating is a basic requirement for comfort and service quality. I hope this is addressed for future customers
Audrey entered my rented room without permission or notice. Serious privacy concern. Would not recommend.
The overall environment often felt tense, and interactions from the owner created discomfort for my clients during their appointments. This directly affected my business and client experience. A shared professional space should be supportive and client-friendly, which was not my experience here.
Not a reliable rental experience. The deposit was paid in cash as requested by the landlord, but later it was denied and not repaid. This is a serious concern. Always insist on written proof for any payment.
Overall, this arrangement was stressful, unprofessional, and not conducive to running a business. I strongly advise future renters to get a clear, written agreement, documented payments, and explicitly defined access and operating terms before committing.
(I don't recommend to rent here).
Additionally, it's clear that previous staff left on bad terms, which reflects ongoing management problems.
My staff was always threatened & bullied by Audrey.
Also my clients felt very unfriendly and uncomfortable while coming in the salon and approached by Audrey.
I had passed the messages of clients complaining and feeling very unwelcome and unfriendly by Audrey instead of approving customer Service she threatened right at my face.
All my stock was removed without permission and placed over to New Look Store thrown on the ground and left in a mess by Audrey.
When I got permission by Garda to collect the stock Audrey was standing aside and had a recorder placed on her chest.
