He only has a 2 Wheel drive truck and said he doesn't wanna have to use his chains. And he would charge me for using them. I argued with him and they said good luck finding someone to work on your truck or towing it on a holiday weekend. I said I found someone else that is willing. He was being unreasonable because he didn't want to use his chains. Not my fault you have a truck that isn't Equipped. I kept asking him to unhook my truck and he refused. Saying he's not leaving without getting paid. Well I finally convinced him to take it to my mechanics. He was rude and complained the public in Kenai. I did find out towing companies do charge you to store your vehicle at their place. I have a feeling that's why he was going to have it at his place. Needless to say I will not use this again and I really don't feel it's legal for them to not unhook your truck when you ask him to. I was being polite and trying to be reasonable and they were just being rude and unreasonable. Don't use these guys. He did call me after he dropped off my truck to say he did. That was nice.

I feel like they just took the filter off and didn't even drain all the oil out. It was a crappy job was just an oil change and then when I called them the response I got was so rude and just unexceptional and not to mention I mean my car was just about out of oil and so I took it in about 1 August and by September 18 my oil was extremely low and my service light was on. He has done the winterization of our rv's every fall and we have never had any leaks or broken pipes due to the Alaska winters.
