The attitude this lady had towards the girl on the till was appalling. ( her name is Mumtaz). the price was solved eventually and then this lady Lisa informed me that she was HR and new to the store. All I can say is, how could any member of staff approach HR if she speaks to them the way she spoke to Mumtaz today. Management should have a word with this lady
