College Station, TX This was the worst limo experience of my…read morelife. They were late. (1 hour and 10 min) They never answered the phone. This Range Rover limousine was the biggest piece of junk i have ever seen. No DOT number. No CDL driver. No inspection sticker. No door handle. The window was cracked. Paint was chipped all over both sides of the limo. The entire window trim was cracked and discolored. 1 of the 2 doors didn't open. Wasp nest inside the door jamb. I paid full price for this limo for my daughter's prom and she called and asked if the driver could drop them off as far from the venue as possible. Horrified!....and of course nobody is answering the phones. **Additional information** Damn limo broke down while the kids were taking pictures. Never made it to their dinner plans much less the prom. None of the kids wanted to get back in and had to get dropped off at their vehicles. 18 teenagers were stranded on Prom night. What a miserable prom experience because of Black Diamond. They know we are upset and will not answer or call us back. 9 pm and kids were left without a limo on prom night. Worst company i have ever done business with...not just worst car company....worst company. Horrible!! Thomas called after 5 days and "refunded" my money just to cancel that days later. Rick and Erica texted us before we arrived to ask if we wanted an array of coffee from the coffee bar on board and we were greeted with our orders. We also had so many snacks and drinks available. One of the greatest things is that this isn't a preselected tour and you can go where you please during the allotted time. They even dropped us in town for dinner at the end of our time. They were at the pick up location on time and the drivers were even there to help us load in our things. Once we arrived at our destination the drivers helped us unload and made sure nobody forgot anything they might need. The bus ride home was just as smooth. The bus had great AC and a good sound system w/ bluetooth. The Fly-Rides team were total professionals throughout the entire process. They are definitely going to be our go to shuttle service anytime we need one.
