Extremely poor customer service. They are unwilling to help customers and not kind. You will feel like you're being judged. They're snobby. They don't care about you unless you're 100% giving them your money (clearly not much training in customer service). They are judgmental about weight and will act as if you're wasting your money on their clothes because they won't fit you if you're on the bigger side. Ultimately if you want respect and decent service, they don't really want your business. Save yourself a trip. read more

The people working here refused us service because we were dressed in t-shirts, pants and boots. I then went to go find a replacement pair of pants for the ones I ripped at work, an older man with curly hair told me the pair of pants I was going to buy were to small and that I would rip those too. He then tried to sell us a pair 3 sizes to big. Then at check out he insulted me farther buy telling me the only reason why my pants ripped was because I was to fat and should lay off the food for a while to be more attractive. read more

This store has a big collection of clothing, shoes, and boots. The sales people didn't seem very hospitable. In my experience with retail when you walk into a store and sales people are on the floor not helping anyone, they greet you. This was not the case. Nothing was said. Would not recommend! read more

Called this week to ask if they carried a North Face jacket that I bought off The North Face website that ran a little smaller than expected. Spoke to an older woman over the phone to see if they carried it so I could ship return it back to North Face and buy from them instead of having to do the shipping process again and wait weeks to get my jacket. This woman was so rude to me about any question I asked and pretty much was trying to make me feel stupid for ordering online instead of from The Big Store. She tried to belittle me any way she could. I also told her the name of the jacket so she could look and see if it was in stock and she told me that the information I gave her was a color and not the name.. When it CLEARLY was the name of my jacket and NOT the color, I even googled it to make sure. She also kept telling me "that it made no sense to come up there if I had already ordered the jacket online and what was the point of coming up there to try it on if they carried it anyways". What she didn't want to comprehend or even let me get a word in about was that I would buy from them and give them business if they carried the jacket so I would not have to wait to receive one in the mail again. I understand everyone has bad days but this old woman went over and beyond to be a smart*ss c*nt to me for no reason. If you do not want to answer questions and work with people then DO NOT work for a clothing store. I will never buy anything from this store ever again and I truly hope this bitter woman gets fired because she is costing you money and your reputation by being rude to customers. read more
