I have always been welcomed in by someone as soon as I walked into the door. I've been here on numerous occasions and never once have I felt ignored like the previous review. Maybe that review was a personal attack? Just seems very strange to have the exact opposite response. I came back recently and asked about a jacket I wanted to buy. The owner (in which I didn't know he was the owner) stated he would be happy to assist me. He took the time to go to the back and see if there was a jacket I could try on for comparison. After trying it on, I requested him to order a smaller size. He stated he would do that asap and would let me know when it arrived or he would be willing to bring it to Thomasville.
