I had confirmed my appointment by text the day before, so this was very unexpected. I called the location approximately 15 times and also tried calling two other locations, but no one answered. I received no phone call, text, or email letting me know my appointment had been canceled or that the office would be closed. I understand that emergencies can happen, but a simple notification or response would have saved me a long drive and a lot of wasted time.
