I paid $5 for a pair of $40 shoes. $2.50 for Downy Liquid Fabric softener. $5 for some As Seen On TV Genie Shoe Stretcher that costs $9.99. $2.99 for Shoe Gel thingy's. But they have a lot going on. They host a lot of different events and expos throughout the year, and check-in is always easy to find and from what I can tell, generally in the same spot. The only minor downside I've run into is when the escalators aren't operating. If you're trying to leave quickly and don't want to fight your way back through the vendor crowds, be prepared for a bit of a trek down the emergency exit stairs and through an empty floor or two. Other than that, the space is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff does a great job keeping things running smoothly no matter how packed the event is.

I ordered items online on 5/21 for store pick up. On 5/28 I emailed them for info...I was informed I could then come get my items. When I showed up I was told by a gentleman that he was about to mail my things...I asked why while he was removing the mailing tape and labels. I asked if I could get a discount for their mix-up...he stated no. After I walked out the store...a lady came after me and first stated some items were on back order. When I said then why was I not contacted...she then said the guy messed up and they had to just run and retrieve my package from the carrier and she would take off one of the Bitters I had ordered. Another lie, she refunded a vitamin that was less expensive...I reached out about it and she never replied to my email.
