You can't view your unit prior to signing a lease, you can not buy an additional parking pass despite all of guest parking being completely filled every weekend, and you can not request maintenance to replace light bulbs. With that being said, when your light bulbs burn out and maintenance refuses to fix it, don't expect to take your smart bulb personal property with you. If you do, they will steal money out of your deposit then ghost you.

The water heater closet was discovered during a mold inspection November 20th, 2024 and was never addressed until after my move out January 22, 2025. This was undoubtedly the most serious of all the issues I ever had with their apartment complex. After I moved out, they denied there ever being mold in multiple emails and gave me my full deposit back. Later admitting mold in a backhanded statement that, We would ask that you would share any proof that the minor mold in a confined closet caused any health conditions. October 8th, 2025 I received an email from their law firm, Rock Fusco & Connelly LLC stating, should you at any point make any untrue and/or defamatory comments regarding Cunat, we will also seek to enforce all rights afforded to us under the law. Cunat vehemently denies any wrongdoing or improprieties associated with its management and administration of the properties under its care. I think the mold speaks for itself on this one. Then the pool that they always use as the main reason that you should pay so try Community fees and rent is almost always dirty , under maintenance, or closed . Then even if your heat goes off 28 times and one night they won't replace your furnace for 2 years and you'll freeze every night for 2 Winters. Then they will try to charge you for carpet and paint when you leave , even though the county there and requires the repaint after every tenant and replace the carpet every 4 years , and if the carpet was almost black even though it was beige when you move in , it is in need of replacement if you have been there almost 3 years . So once again illegal charges harassment and filth .
