After a long wait, I finally received a response on October 29 apologizing for the delay and confirming my date was available. They asked me to schedule a call through their portal to discuss details, which I did for November 4. Unfortunately, they did not show up for the call. They eventually connected with me later that day, and I sent inspiration photos to help with planning. After that, I heard nothing until January 16, 2026, when Katie messaged me asking if I had seen her proposal. She apologized for the lack of follow-up and said she would resend it if needed. I informed her that I had not received the proposal in my spam or portal, and she promised to resend it the next day. However, by January 17, I still had not received anything. I followed up again on March 1, 2026, hoping for some progress. Despite the ongoing communication issues, I was drawn to their work because of the beautiful photos and event space they showcased on Instagram. I really wanted to use their services. On March 2, I finally received a response from Stephen, who explained Katie was attending a conference but assured me I would get the proposal within a few days, no later than the end of that week. Now, 20 days later, I have received no proposal and no further follow-up. I am left with no choice but to look elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. I cannot comment on their food or event space because I was never able to utilize their services. I want to support local small businesses, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

In desperate need to find a hall, we considered this as our last resort. Once our party was coming to an end, the owner came almost a hour early with expectations of us ending our party early to conserve for her time. The bathrooms need major updates along with the parking lot. A few of my guest had to get lower bumper repairs for the damage stemming from broken pavement in the parking lot. Since the owner isn't making decent money, renting her hall; she tries to falsify damages to keep the deposit. Beware! This hall is NOT what the owner makes it up to be. Save your money and go somewhere where each of your dollars will be appreciated.

Of course with a fight the police was called. I completely cleared the hall and cleaned it plus the parking lot as the contract said had to be done. She sent pictures of a stopped toilet which is a total lie and mop water as if she wasn't going to mop the floor after an event. This lady had the nerve to keep half of my deposit stating she had to come to the party early and I was paying for her time. Well, I had to leave my event early. A whole hour early. When trying to communicate she tells me she is going to say I'm harassing her. I am in the process of doing a small claims lawsuit because she will not keep half of my deposit on lies. Speaking with others that rented from her this is something she does to ALL of her renters DO NOT RENT HER HALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I was repeatedly asked what size soup I purchased and I said I ordered the combo to which she asked me what size soup that was. The meal total was $36 for one combo and an ice tea one sandwich and a Coke and one dessert. I just feel like it's too pricey for what you get I could've gone and got steak for this price. I think they should have a deal where the drink is included or some thing. Anyway, I went up to get a bag and had to wait quite a long time to get one and while I was standing there, I watched one of the workers lick her fingers to open a bag.(I realize that can be a habit for people, but it should not be a habit in the food industry.) then she handled the food and put it in the customers bag. I did make a comment about that but I didn't feel real confident that that would be addressed. I know that anyone can make that mistake but it was gross. Also when we were sitting there trying to eat, we kept hearing somebody on a loud speakerphone in an office (where there was a fancy table setting and a women at a desk)and it loudly echoes through the lunch area. We thought they would aleast be nicer to deal with as he worked there not so much In our first meeting with the owners/ event coordinator they were very rude. I ask if the staff could dress nice and have no branded shoes on but solid black the owner said he wasn't going make his staff pay for the correct shoe to look nice. We went round and round about the appearance of the staff needing to look professional. I ask them to sign. A contract to protect both parties involved and they refuse to do so. I asked for the clear glass plate for our dinner service and the only Thing I could get from the event coordinator Selena is we will do our best and you should be happy with whatever you get because the owner gave you discounts and free items. We never ask for discount for our service but was given to us as my husband worked for the 22 years. I then called talk to the owner Kyle about what she said and he was like it is what is it is. I promise to have the correct plates . Fast Forward to the set up of the hall the Owner Haliey and a staff member setup the hall at St Micheals Center They had place stained up napkins on the table for my guest lucky I checked all them while decorating the hall for the wedding if I haven't there would of been 25 out 100 of them notable stained. We did give them to The lady at the hall and she had them switched out but we shouldn't have to check there work as they "professionals". My husband to be went into the kitchen area to put something in the kitchen for the wedding and noticed that the dishes were setting on the counter were the wrong plates They we're the incorrect one they were the white China plates not the clear glass ones I said I wanted for my wedding design So much for Owner Kyle promise . Luckily my husband to be caught their mistake which he shouldn't of had to being as it was his wedding The restroom were not cleaned. I did tell Michaels event coordinator/owners during the meeting we had that I was having my own professional decorator coming in and decorate the head table and the owner Haliey took upon her herself to decorate the head table as she saw fit I have include a photo of what she did. Not cute very!!!! At the wedding reception the owner Kyle was visual sick and other staff member . The food was cold and they forgot rolls on the head table. They also forgot to get he toast champagne for the head table as they said they would. We had to wait to our grand entrance because the had to run to the store to buy it . My wedding coordinator needed to tell Kyle to speed up service as they were serving the sit down dinner to slow. He also had to be verbal told by the wedding coordinator to stop chatting with the guests and to do his job and get the cake cut. (I have include photo proof of forgotten rolls)
