She promised to send us weekly updates on how she was promoting our house, my husband and I never received one. Any time i reached out about something, she was JUST ABOUT TO MESSAGE ME! So expect a reactive relationship. After 4 months of having our house on the market, my husband told her to change our Zillow profile and after she "made some updates", which increased our listing. Someone with so much experience I would THINK would be able to spot these when creating the profile. Or at least sooner than month 4. On the DAY of our DELAYED closing, we feel like she mislead us in several ways and felt backed into the corner to close on the house. Over a month later and we haven't heard a WORD from her about the closing, this makes me think she also feels guilty for misleading us in so many different ways. She was NOT looking out for OUR best interest, only her commission for both sides. What a fool we were. :(
