I ordered flowers for a death in the family. I really wanted something nice . I said go 70 to 75 not including delivery. I was horrified by the picture I saw on Facebook of the flowers. Not with 18.00 from Kroger flowers. When I called to complain they said we are sorry it's Saturday we can't go pick them back up. Uh it's a death in the family if you pick those up your an ass. I don't want my money back or the flowers picked up. They should just do better. Very sad the quality of work. Flowers are an important gifts and if we can't trusts shops that's very sad. I have to say this is the best florist. My father in law passed away and our son and I went in to do the casket spray. They went above and beyond. We took some of his mini antique cars to have placed in it. Oh my goodness it was everything we wanted and more. They listen to what the family wanted and such attention to detail. We have used them before and had them do a woodlands theme for a wood urn. Again Wow! It looked like a natural woodland garden surrounding and displaying the urn.
