Some of the orchids are dyed bright blue (my husband wasn't told), and some of the gerbera daisies have already started to wilt. When I called, they wanted me to tell them exactly how I wanted my arrangement. When I said something pretty that's balanced and looks good from all sides, she said my driver will just pick it up and we'll credit the card. I'm on the west coast so when I got the news of the cancelled order, it was already 11pm in IL. And the service was at 11am the following morning.
