Some of the orchids are dyed bright blue (my husband wasn't told), and some of the gerbera daisies have already started to wilt. When I called, they wanted me to tell them exactly how I wanted my arrangement. When I said something pretty that's balanced and looks good from all sides, she said my driver will just pick it up and we'll credit the card. I understand the owner is busy, but that could have been handled MUCH better too.

I'm on the west coast so when I got the news of the cancelled order, it was already 11pm in IL. And the service was at 11am the following morning. I placed an order but did not expect that it had any hope of being prepared and delivered in the first three hours they opened their shop.
