Lori is extremely kind and helpful. Every time I go to the shop, she and her staff both are kind and knowledgeable of crystals and their energies/properties. Whenever I've come in after a stressful day from work there is always a friendly face and an ear that listens. Customer service is incredible and I've recommended the Crystal Lady to friends, family and students. Items are of fantastic quality and her prices are the best in the region. I always leave the shop feeling re energized and calm. Truly a spot you don't want to miss if you enjoy crystals!
