I've been shopping at this Happy Daze location since they opened. The employees always go above and beyond to make sure that I'm satisfied and have everything I need. They're all very knowledgeable about the products they're selling and extremely friendly. Brian is my personal favorite, as he's helped me with so many things. He's the one who helped me choose which kratom would work best for me when I was switching from pharmaceuticals to something natural. The other night I went there with my daughter and my car overheated and just shut off. It's been a particularly rough month, my phones shut off so he gave me the wifi password to keep my 3 year old daughter entertained while he figured out what caused the problem and fixed it. This is THE BEST I repeat THE BEST smoke shop I have ever been to In the Chicagoland area. I've tried them all, from the overpriced unhelpful shops on Clark street to the shady gas station with the random glass case full of junk. This place was a game changer. Huge selection of glass and accessories for every price range. The staff (Tyler and Tess)were super friendly and helpful with my questions. I will never go to another shop in Chicago. Both my husband and I have bad knees. We decided we would try the cbd products. Being new to this, I went to Happy Daze in Midlothian. Brian greeted me at the door and instantly knew exactly what products would help. He gave me so much information. I have not tried the gummy bears yet but I did try the cbd lotion on my knee. I have used hemp butter in the past and that works great but wears off in about 3 hours. It has been about 5 minutes and I can feel a difference in the pain in my knee. I would highly recommend checking this place out. The other guy working there even helped. They take their time to explain everything to you! Which is what I needed. read more

These people sold me a torch for 14.99 saying it would last me a while she said she filled my torch up and it lasted me a HOUR one hour. I then went up there and asked for my money back she said "I said it lasted a little bit this has a small container" which she never mention when I bought it instead she hyped It up. If this woman would've been more specific and said it would last me a HOUR I would've never wasted my money on it. This is a awful place with bad workers that have a nasty attitude.
