Such a great "dive bar" feel too, I missed that. It's very clean, spacious and the outside aesthetic is great!! The fridge drink selections are fair! It was nice to have a Surfside and Miller High Life after being out of the country for so long. We didn't eat anything but had a great time with the drinks, sports on TV and selecting our own music on TouchTunes. I love those in bars. We came in at a decent hour, way before closing, maybe around 10 but the bar dining room was already packed up for closing -- chairs were put up. We sat at the bar, danced around and stepped outside a bit so it was alright. But I feel like with more drinks, music and the people that were on the way it would've been a great BLAST. The bartender said they were closing due to other engagements. Chevy was a pleasant bartender. I'll definitely be back to visit!

There was absolutely nothing special about this old fashioned. I think the most disappointing thing about this drink was they muddled the luxardo cherry into the drink. The only place so far that I found that actually had luxardo cherries WHY would you muddle it. Ugh. The inside was cool. They serve cheap drinks in plastic cups and comfortable seating. The double doors opened into a larger area with the stage, another bar, and seating along the back wall. It was a great show, but I thought the sound was somewhat distorted. I'm not sure what the issue was, but I saw everyone having a great time. We were able to stand pretty close to the stage. They deserve special recognition for booking Charlie R., as he doesn't come up north too often from Texas. After the show, he was led away for the meet and greet, which was organized and such a treat.

The bartenders were fantastic and the atmosphere there is exactly what I want out of an Irish pub. I wish I'd taken pictures, but I got carried away with having such a good time that we forgot. We also ended up finishing a bottle of Jameson by paying for four shots, and got to sign it! (That's a tradition --- finish a Jameson bottle, sign it, and they put it on the wall). I'm very honored to have my name inside a Springfield institution. My wife used to live in Springfield, and this is one of her favorite spots. So we will definitely be back!

There were other dogs at Buzz bomb and of course some barking took place then everyone was friends. NO PROBLEMS!! K? Keep that in your back pocket while reading this. Our family decided to go to JPs. Clyde didnt make a sounds the entire time. Multiple people came up to me saying how good of a boy he was being. He was minding his business. This couple with 2 corgis comes in, same people from buzz bomb, and obviously my dog is interested as is theirs. Their dog barked first*****, so mine barked after, duh. So a bartender came up to us (group of 10-12) and said if my dog barked again, we needed to leave. I asked another bartender why because the other couples dog barked first and his response was "well they come in weekly" ahhhh sooo it's okay since they patron there often and we don't as much. Although, their dog started it everytime?? So I was saying goodbye to my family and ANOTHER bartender came up saying we had to leave and don't come back. TRUST!!! We won't!! AFTER clyde and I left, the bartender told my brother in law that he told us to leave 3x which literally did not happen!! He told me the one time and we left. So please!! Roll the footage on that one I would love to see it. The bartender tried fighting my brother in laws dad after nasty comments were made about my niece.
