I'm a professional business owner and need to dress accordingly. Somehow I ran across this beautiful store on Facebook and became a "member" (which is free) so I could participate on their "live" shows and shop any other time too. Very reasonable prices and the ladies who model etc look like me (as opposed to a skinny unrealistic model) so I can really see what the garment will look like on me. Oh, I'm so ecstatic that this place exists. Shop here, you'll LOVE it. PS the fun mailing envelopes that arrive with my "goodies" are so cute. My mother was looking for cruise attire, and she found a few pieces from the large selection that were available. It was easy to find pieces that could possibly be worn together as an outfit since the clothes were grouped together by coordinating patterns or style. Both employees were pleasant. One in particular was very helpful with helping us search for items on the website since the size my mother needed was not available in store. And since we choose ship to store, since it's free to ship to the store, we will definitely be going back to pick up the items. But, I also think my mother will be a frequent shopper since the prices are reasonable and they styles are fashionable.

The layout of the store was clean and organized however I didn't see much selection to my liking. They have everything for the family and have a shoe, toy, etc section. They even have a Sephora. This location is just ok, not somewhere I'd go on a regular basis.

They try to organize the clearance racks fairly well. They only have the front check out desk open which isn't an issue but sometimes only have on associate ringing up purchases and so on, can take a while. Overall we got what we needed in the sizes we wanted and check out was a breezy after a few minutes wait.

I purchased the one they had in-store and subsequently placed an online order for five more. I never received correspondence except for the order received and order shipped notifications. I was so excited when my order of five trunks arrived -- until I opened the box and found only one. I went straight online and looked at my order history which showed two trunks had been "cancelled" and three had shipped. When I looked more closely at the shipment notification, I noticed it only listed one. (I admit to not having read all the way down and only looked at the expected delivery date.) So I was very happy with the item I found, but am very disappointed with the lack of communication -- even inconsistencies in their order history. I've reached out to customer service, but really if they had let me know I couldn't get all five, I would have cancelled my order.

They usually have a good amount of seasonal items. They had their fall and Halloween items out and displayed and separated by season and holidays and we noticed that some seasonal and holidays items are repeats from last year. They try to provide new and fresh items for the current year which is nice but they were a few items we saw last year that we were hoping they would bring back but didn't. Either way we had a great time browsing and looking at the displays. My only gripe is I wanted a certain tablecloth and they had limited selection and availability.
