The food court was just chains with no independently owned vendors. My husband and I walked around, but nothing caught our eyes, so we didn't buy anything. It's an ok place to poke around, but not a destination mall, at least not in my opinion.

You can even do your grocery shopping inside as there's a Zehrs Market connected to the mall. The food court has the usual selections, though the addition of a Spring Rolls To Go and a Tandori makes it slightly more unique than others. Love the open concept of it by the way. The washrooms are very environmentally friendly as they encourage you to use the reusable towels they offer by the sinks. No need to use paper towels, no need to worry about bacteria from the dryers. I rarely rate malls a 5 as I believe malls are a hindrance to good urban development, but at least this mall incorporates environmental concepts to it.

During this pandemic, I have tried to avoid visiting malls. Large, public, indoor spaces don't make me feel at ease these days. However, if there's a business that is relatively close to a main entrance, I'm okay dashing over and out. It was the case with Zehrs. This mall has stores that I tend to shop at. Give me a drug store, supermarket, and a discount store, and I'm a happy camper. Walmart, Dollar Tree, and Zehrs are the stores that anchor this mall. There is also an LCBO, so it's good in my books. I didn't walk around the entire mall. I will when it's safe to do so. There were washrooms close by Zehrs. Zehrs also has washrooms. The one in Zehrs was clean and had hand santizer. The shopping crowd is a bit older. There aren't enough stores to attract hardcore shopaholics to spend time here. There is a dentist and a doctor's office, so it's decent. The reason I give it 4 stars is because of Indigo and Marshalls. I don't see any previous reviews mention Marshalls which makes sense since it opened up in 2016. Besides that the clothing stores I think are worth visiting here are American Eagle Outfitters, Roots and Sport Chek. Food court choices are decent.

With big-box format stores from Walmart (yes, folks, it is a Supercentre), Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Shoppers Drug Mart, Old Navy, Mark's, Laura, Hallmark, Petcetera, Bulk Barn, among many, many more, it is a truly convenient place to one-stop-shop-until-you-drop. This, coupled with lots of parking means that you can hop from shop to shop quickly and easily and you can even pop over the Starbucks for a quick coffee. Some I know I have complained about the parking lot, but you just have to realize that the intersections are not all four-way stops, and you have to give way to traffic from Ottawa Street. Keep this in mind and your driving experience will be smoother and much less stressful... If only everyone had such great shopping capabilities so close to home!

My complaint is concerning the constant 24 hr/7 day per week music blasting from the outside speakers. We had planned a quiet relaxing afternoon on our deck and have now given up and moved back inside. If this was a resident on our street playing music this loud we would be asking them to turn it down. So we are asking Sunrise management to do the same. After store hours please turn the music off. For those who will say why did you move there? We were here far before the Sunrise Centre. Please, all we are asking is that you conduct yourselves as good neighbors and turn it down. Wayne Wilkie

The mall has a lot of changes, pre pandemic the indoor ice rink in the mall open with promotion free ice skating- and if you were a spectator you can ooo and ahhh at the pet store with the puppies in the window. Just fyi that pet store is gone now. I've dont some uber ests pick up coincidentally in the mall, there hadn't been a food place I quite enjoyed for quality or hidden gem and the markings on the floor for social distancing are Soooooo confusing. The mall has a few entrances, you can enter from the main entrance where the Osmows and east side Mario is. My favourite less crowded entrance is the back where the new bowling alley is, the entrance has enough parking you can turn in from Conestoga Blvd and you're there -plus the Zehrs is there the Starbucks inside (yay). There is some good outlet shopping here, theres a Marshall's and theres some others. I swear I bought the cutest cocktail champagne dress that was retail $200 for $20, so there are deals here. Now that the pandemic restrictions have been lifted there are return options where stores were pretty much forcing final sale. So if you're in the area or just need an indoor walking gym, this is the place. It feels empty but I feel my shopping is efficient, no lines up :)

You need to grab a strong blue IKEA bag when you first walk in. I recommend not wearing your coat in the store, because there are so many folks in there that the body heat will make you feel like you are having hot flashes! Today was my second time there. I got many 1L boxes of almond beverage both times. The beverage is unsweetened and goes for $1.50 each, which is dirt cheap! Today, I got two pairs of jeans. They go for $10 a pair. There was a 25% discount on clothes today, so it was ridiculous to get a decent pair for $7.50 each. I also got a rain jacket going for $25 before the discount. This recommendation came from my boyfriend, who loves this store. I do, too. It does get crowded. There are two lines for payment. The one on the left is for credit cards and debit. Apparently I was supposed to have opened it and checked if it had all the parts before leaving the store, but the cashier never told me that. Be careful if you speak with Kailey as well. She's very condescending when she speaks. The other girl that tried to help was quite nice though. I won't come here again. I'd rather pay a little more and deal with better customer service and ensure a product that works.
