I was about eight weeks into the program and going from a totally inactive lifestyle to hard and heavy weight lifting had my body screaming at me to get professional help. My dad knew of Kim and recommended I try talking with her. Kim listened and asked questions about everything going on in my life and with my body. She then prepared me ahead of time and let me know that some of what she did would involve heavy pressure and I might feel soreness for a couple days afterward. She worked on my whole body and even helped stretch out my hamstrings, hips, chest, etc. I felt sore for about three days after the massage but when I stopped feeling sore, the aches in my back were far less noticeable. It was clear that she was highly knowledgeable and was passionate about her work. She did a great job. In addition to the very helpful body work, she offered to put me in contact with one of her friends that was a powerlifting coach at a large university to see if he could be helpful to me.
