So I had brought my son with me to Tan he was able to come in the room with me and sit on a chair while I Tanned 2 different times prior to this incident however the nexted time I went and he was with me I was asked to have him sit outside the room, No biggie he did. Then I go again a week later my sons with me he happens to come in the room with me this time I Tanned said thank you and left your employee doesn't say a word to me. The next day or so I call to see about an available bed and was given one at 5pm once I told her who it was calling she says " um im supposed to tell you that you can no longer tan here because you took your son with you in the room" I said I do apologize for taking him with me however it was just a quick get in here let Mom get this done to go home type of thing i didn't deliberately do this and explained this to your employee i asked your employee if there was anything we can do to make this right, no response. I asked your employee to have you call me by 5pm today to talk about this and make it right like adults should but either she failed you or you failed to Either way this was handled terribly!

I called about 4 times, I could hear the phone ringing inside, no one there. How can you advertise that you open at 10am and then just not show up? I event went to the shop next door and asked about it, and they told me "Yeah, she comes and goes". I went to the Turlock Location and it was great the front desk person was so friendly and helpful…read more I was a walk in for teeth whitening and she was able to take me right away. The room had a comfy recliner salon chair and tv with Netflix. Very nice and relaxing session, while also giving me privacy. (I've been places where they have you out in front of other people and it can be embarrassing ,especially with the mouth piece and mouth wide open.)It was very reasonably priced $50 for a session. I will definitely be returning.
