Their on-line chat is line dealing with a robot. Their web shopping does not work from the US. They do not answer their phone. They could easily all back so I could place an order. It comes across as super ditzy and very 1970s hippy. Too bad. They lost my business with their indifferent attitude and genuinely out-of-date and out-of-touch technology.
