But if you want a place with lots of machines, equipment, and free weights, you should stop on by. The owner is a retired bodybuilder with many trophies from many years on the circuit. At the same time, it's a relaxed place. You'll find a number of people there who are willing to help if you need help. If you want to put your headphones on and just lift, you can do that, too. There's all kinds of equipment in here, a machine for anything you could want. And yes, there's cardio stuff, too, if you want that. Good place to visit and good place to get fit.

When I went back to pick it up from lost and found the Jack was missing for the charger. The young lady who helped me was extremely rude and dismissive. She literally did not care that it was not there and put very little effort into looking for it. Acted extremely annoyed that I still wanted my Jack for my charger. She flatly Refused to ask anyone else about it or look into it further. As a veteran, I was surprised at such rudeness. But I'm glad most people there and in this community of Lewiston have much better principles than that one bad example. Or I should say good example of bad character. She probably lives in Washington State. And she looked extremely unhealthy for someone working in a gym.
