For sure a great shop to treat yourself of your (girl)friends... I felt like home for a few moments, reading the labels in French, listening to French music and smelling the nice fragrances of the Provence... I left with a wallet (much) lighter but a smile on my face and nice childhood memories in mind...

So I asked and they said they're not sure if they'll be able to stay open. My daughter just loves coming here. Of course everything is over-priced, being that it's Hello Kitty. Actually, considering it's Hello Kitty, it's the kind of high prices you'd expect. But kids love to window shop here. If they mixed in some stuff people could actually afford, they might have a better chance of survival.

The only negative part was the salesgirl, the most unfriendly young woman I have ever met. She treats you like you can stay for a few minutes and leave your money there, but that's all, ask no questions, don't dare to stroll around and have a look at the products. The worst is, if you want to try on a piece. The arrangement of the products, the range of products, the structure of the shop, the quality is the best I have ever seen with KiK Austria. If you tell the girl that she should do her job - then everything would be perfect!!!

It's all cashmere - mostly sweaters with some accessories (scarves, gloves, hats) thrown in. In the context of other stores in the area and quality cashmere in general, the prices are on point. I grabbed some gloves for €55. Overall, the service is at a high level, the merchandise is very high quality and the styles are classic. Go during the sales and grab a sweater at less than half price!
