You'll get promises of day of call backs and they won't happen. the receptionist (Rae) will give you wrong days and times for your appointments. The two people at the front desk really need to be replaced with professionals who know what they're doing and how to process requests. definitely going to lose more customers with the current set up and it's the children who pay the price, not being nit picky as an adult but kids are in therapy for consistency and learning and it can't be provided with their current front desk staffing.

JOSEPH CUTERI is the most unethical, unprofessional and unempathetic doctor I have ever dealt with. I recently started a new job and had to reschedule maybe 2 visits, I am also being followed by the Antenatal testing unit because I am high risk and 26 weeks pregnant with Type 1 Diabetes. I had an appointment with him and he started the visit by being extremely rude and harsh towards me. He did not address my concerns that were brought up to the nurse before he entered the room and by the end of the visit I was in tears because he dismissed the fact I had complex PTSD and anxiety and said what kind of PTSD as if it was no big deal. I told him I felt uncomfortable driving to Bridgeport hospital to have an ultrasound for a previous appointment. He then proceeded to tell me maybe I should switch hospitals to Griffin or St. Vincents. Griffin Hospital does not have the knowledge to treat high risk pregnancies that have Type 1 diabetes only Yale does. When you call the office they always sound like they do not want to be at work and do not want to help you at all. I have followed what the care team has advised me but making every appointment is sometimes impossible when you have 3 children and 1 that has a disability along with working full time. Please think about your decision to see this provider especially if you want to feel cared for during your pregnancy. I had to file a patient relations complaint along with a complaint to CT Public Health.

This review is specifically for Score's Southbury CT location. I went there to get rehab for a…read morebroken left patella & apprised them on my initial interview that I was concurrently dealing with a groin injury. Despite this their PT gave me exercises that proved to exacerbate this groin injury. When I went back for a second 'treatment' and told them I continued to have problems w/doing some of the exercises due to increasing groin pain, not only did the PT assistant inform me she was increasing my exercise sets by 10 repetitions, but she literally strapped a 1# weight to the ankle of my injured leg which was also the leg with the groin pain. The weight she added to my ankle resulted in my having considerable excruciating groin pain, that seared into my back. The insult to all of this was when I informed the PT about my groin pain, this person jocularly informed me that they could substitute other exercises that would not affect my groin. WHY THIS WASN'T DONE FROM THE BEGINNING WHEN I GAVE HIM THIS INFO AT MY INTAKE INTERVIEW IS A MYSTERY TO ME. I strongly do NOT recommend this place.
