Doctors are great, assistants are nice and some other personnel are ok. As for NOSS, the company…read morethemselves, they are unorganized, lack communication and back out of agreements easily. They are money driven, not people's care driven. Billing doesn't communicate with the offices, so you will be harassed every time you go and sent to billing to argue the agreement or what your insurance said. They tell you if you don't pay, even at the times I wasn't supposed to pay anything, they will not see me. I had to call my attorney just about everytime I was there. They also collect co-pays for follow-ups of surgeries and procedures when they know they shouldn't and for certain testing. I have to stay on top of my charges and current visits. I tell them the insurance says no co-pay when stitches are to be taken out and go to billing to tell them and then they confirm with the office so I will be seen. They should know this! I am late for all of my visits because of this continual problem. They have a lot of different offices in the same building. I see different doctors for different things. Billing and it's manager always promises to fix the harassment issue, but it has been going on for 8 months! Then I pay my current co-pays and they apply them to monies held on an LOP and then tell me that I owe the current date. As for LOP's, they back out of them when you go for a visit and that's how you find out. They change their policy and they don't notify you in writing prior. Also, some of the testing I had done was because my attorney said it should be done, not because somebody thought it should be done. One of the tests, was supposed to be scheduled and then a month goes by and I still didn't get a call. I tell them I didn't get a call to schedule and they say, we sent an email to them. I ask, don't you follow up? So somehow it fell through the cracks. So the testing got put off for months which ended up making it clear I needed surgery which made the surgery be put off. I've had to play accountant, insurance claims and scheduler since dealing with this company. If it wasn't for the doctors, I would never go here. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any medical company. Thank God I have attorneys that know about medical, or I would never have found out some real medical issues from an accident. If NOSS could be replaced, then it would be a good place to go for medical treatment.

I had no idea where to start looking and asked my local fb town page for recommendations . Connect was recommended by so many and after exploring some options I thought they would be the best fit. I am really glad I chose this place. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and courteous and my PT has helped me a lot in just 3 visits . She listens to my concerns and she developed a good plan for my needs . I may have been a skeptic about PT before but I am 100% convinced that I have progressed quicker and further than if just left to my own plan. I can wholeheartedly recommend them .

As first time parents we knew something wasn't right and after several lactation consultations tell me that "I just wasnt trying hard enough", and our pediatrician telling us everything seemed normal that our baby probably just had colic but was gaining weight so it's okay. We finally were referred to TBW and it only took a matter of minutes for them to confirm that our son had a posterior tongue tie and his mouth wasn't "just tight". They referred us to a pediatric dentist who corrected his tongue and lip tie that day. We went weekly for craniosacral therapy with Betsy and within a few session we had a brand new kid. He was always a good boy and we thought his erratic eating pattern and constant spit up were normal. Once we started therapy we learned quickly it wasn't. We have been seeing Ms. Betsy since our son was 4 weeks old and he lights up every time he sees her. We went from being nervous about not meeting milestones to exceeding and surpassing them. If you are concerned about tongue/lip tie, flat spots on your child's head, torticollis or not reaching milestones do yourself a favor and have a consultation with this fantastic team. You'll get promises of day of call backs and they won't happen. the receptionist (Rae) will give you wrong days and times for your appointments. The two people at the front desk really need to be replaced with professionals who know what they're doing and how to process requests. definitely going to lose more customers with the current set up and it's the children who pay the price, not being nit picky as an adult but kids are in therapy for consistency and learning and it can't be provided with their current front desk staffing.

I did some reading of reviews on several therapy places. This place seemed very positive. It's extremely clean, everyone is very nice, the therapist are very knowledgeable. There's a large room you can work in or if you prefer you can go into a private room. It's been three weeks I have been going twice a week. It's a slow go, but my back has been bothering me since October and it's now December. I am very happy I found this therapy group. The only negative I have found is they are closed weekends. They do make up for it though they always have appointments at 5 or 5:30.

Dr…read more Kennedy went above and beyond to find out what was wrong with my youngest, it took a year but she kept pushing to find what was up. While Dr Kennedy left a few years ago we have continued to get stellar service and care. My sons (especially the youngest) require quick and dedicated care and not once has this office let us down. The fact that someone is ALWAYS on call is vital to us and not something you get at most Doctors offices these days. I've been told by a bunch of friends that they get told at their kids peditrician's office is "if it's not during office hours you have to go to the E.R." When you have a child with a rare condition that is not something you want to hear. As far as the not allowing a patient to come with non custodial parent or guardian. Only those who have legal custody have the authority to allow shots and other treatments. I'm sure this got started because a step parent or boyfriend/girlfriend of a custodial parent or a non custodial parent okayed something that the person with custody did not agree to. This is just like how you can't get a passport for your child unless each parent is there and okays it in person.
