No exchanges, no returns, no store credit - for clearance items... that's the policy. I tried to explain a) there was no sign saying it was clearance b) the cashier didn't say anything c) your polity isn't posted anywhere. He goes on to show me that it's printed on the receipt ... so I'd have to buy the shoes to get a receipt to see what the policy is and it's also on the counter UNDER (covered by) the credit card reader. This was the first time EVERY I had shopped at this store. It will also be the last. I would rather put a campfire out with my face than shop here again.

Just morons working in this establishment. I had almost 351$ worth of clothes that I wanted to buy…read moreand I was standing in line for 20 minutes and there was LITERALLY no one in the store , they had one customer on each side of their cash register and they were taking forever. They literally pretended they were not even seeing me getting impatient. After 20 minutes , I just gave up ; put the clothes on their counter and left the store. Let's see how long this store is gonna stay open with their special customer service
