I've gone to two other places for these treatments and this place has been able to reduce hair growth the quickest of them all. Their facility is clean and their staff is professional. You need to make sure you shave really well before laser hair removal because the laser needs to find the hair follicle under the skin to zap it. I always bring a razor with me and the person doing my treatment will tell me if I missed a spot so I can get it. I started going here after getting a Groupon. When I found out that I could get the same low prices without having to get the Groupon. This place is highly effective and a bargain. I've been out as a queer/lesbian woman with all of the staff members had. Everyone has been really positive. During my last treatment, I had a great conversation about trans issues with one of the staff members. She told me that trans women come in to get treatments and asked me a couple of questions about trans issues after I encouraged her to do so. I feel very comfortable coming here as a queer woman, but am cis-gendered. So I do not have first-hand feedback on what it is like to get a treatment while trans.

I went amd asked what the hold was on my appt and she finally confirmed I wasn't checked in. She continues to ask the other receptionist can I be next and I abruptly tell her yes im next. Throughout the process, they took photos at each visit, but when I asked to review the before-and-after results at the end, they refused to show them to me.
