I said yes, then he said he would have to ask his insurance. They told him No he couldn't deliver. Wouldn't answer my calls just sent a text saying no refunds. And wouldn't respond about the tables and chairs. FYI it was a beautiful day with no wind. Not sure what radar he uses, but I'm pretty sure its in a zip code or area with bad weather so he doenst have to work and just collect money.
