I had asked Bill about his flavoring as I have eaten tons of foods from food trucks to sit down restaurants in Maui and Oahu and had not heard of a lot of these foods. That's when he told me he's an executive chef and brings a fusion of flavors from all over the South Pacific and then some. My jaw dropped! I never thought I could EVER afford an executive chef!!! He personally delivered our second menu items and showed us and had us smell everything. The lemongrass in the rolled pork was something else. Garlic rice. Hawaiian mac/potato salad! Two types of noodles-not fried but made with broth! The watermelon and cucumber salad!!!! Even THAT had a different flavor than what you expect. Its hard to explain! And I totally spaced taking pics of the spread!!!! My daughter shot video so I hope I can attach it here. I have the aftermath pics! The kids loved it. The age range was 3-11 at the party and they all had so much fun. Our event was at the park and most of the kids spent the full 4 hours only in the bouncy house and did not care for the park slides and activities which was nice as they were all close by. It was super clean inside and did NOT have a smell like others we have rented from different companies in the past. We also did the cotton candy machine, the kids of course loved it and all went for seconds and some went for thirds. Super simple to make and fun for the kids to watch. We also rented tables and chairs from them. They were super clean. We will def rent from them again, I have already gave their number to a couple moms at the birthday.
