Union team standing around with thumbs up their butts, because no equipment can be placed until bleachers are placed. No audio, lighting, video displays can be placed til bleachers arrive. Schedule for noon arrival, they didn't show till well after four. Then, once they arrived, these clowns had no fuel in their forklift. The idiot driver "thought he could siphon fuel from his diesel truck" into his petroleum-burning forklift. I should have kept my mouth shut and allowed him to do just that, but I didn't want a forklift stuck in the middle of our event. Then, they realized that while we had 80' of bleachers, they "mismeasured" and had only brought 36' of stanchions and control rope. Duh... Never again. They promised they'd changed, new mgmt and all the associated BS. Avoid avoid avoid. Lazy azz people who are terrible at being on time. We found a replacement; it's worth it to pay an additional 20% to know equipment will be on time, professionally placed, and safe EXTREMELY disappointed and will say their name all over town in a bad way.

Found CPR Tent and Events through google search. Checked them on yelp, but they didn't have any reviews so I was a bit skeptical... I can't find anyone else from Las Vegas renting out cake stands so I went ahead and contacted them. Sent them an email through their website to ask the availability of the cake stands and got a reply right away. Set up a pick up and return date, and an invoice was sent via email. Picked up the cake stands a day before the party and when I got to their warehouse/office, I noticed that they have chairs for rent too, so I ended up renting extra chairs since we were just told that some of our relatives from LA are attending the party. They helped me carry the cake stands and the chairs to my car. I told them I can manage, but they insisted. It was more than 100 deg outside! So I really appreciate that. Same thing when I returned the items, they went with me to the parking lot and got the stuff from my car, and didn't let me carry a thing! Seriously... they were all so nice, I ended up giving them cupcakes from the party :)

The Wednesday before pick up, I called them to verify my order and I say I will be picking up 30 bamboo chairs and five tables on Friday. They said yes come on down everything's ready. I get there on Friday to pick up my order and they have 30 brown folding chairs. I spoke to the young lady at the desk and explained that those are not the chairs that I ordered that I ordered bamboo. She proceeds to tell me that those chairs were discontinued over a month and a half ago. I said well when were you gonna tell me that you didn't have those chairs? She just shrugged and said take these brown chaies, they are a dollar less than the bamboo chairs you ordered I said no I needed the bamboo chairs. They were the most expensive chairs( $8 each) and that I knew that those brown chairs that she tried to pawn on me were $3.50 apiece so second error with customer service with these people. I did get a refund and I went somewhere else. Renters beware!!!!
