The bartender Sandy is amazing. Great customer service. It is a great time of year to sit outside on the roof top and enjoy the view.

The menu was concise, but appealing. However, there numerous errors. Necoise salad was listed as having roasted potatoes, but there none. A good bit of the spring mix greens were wilted, and should have been cleaned out of the plate. Had to donthat ourselves. The listed dijon vinagrette was out of stock with only Caesar or Ranch available as alternatives. My wife got the Salmon, and it was deliciously prepared. The grits and green beans were very nice on the side. I had the Swanky Shrimp, which was advertised to be prepared with a "white wine butter" sauce, but really was literally swmming in a pool of clarified butter with no perceptable white wine. The menu said "sauteed greens" were included, but upon inquiring was told it was a menu misprint and was offered a side of green beans (was charged extra $5 when I got the bill). Overall, 6:01 Local advertizes to have an executive chef and charges fine dining prices. But there were numerous shortcomings with food content versus the menu that an executive chef should have better control of. They will have to be more consistent if they expect to fill more tables. The Threefoot Hotel is a fabulous venue for an upscale menu; they only need to get the kitchen to get much more efficient and catch up with the venue. No one should have to walk out of a restaurant and feelnlike they didn't get what they paid for.

A couple of friends and i walked in around 11pm, and i don't know if i was a worker off the clock or something but there was this woman sitting at the bar with her feet on another barstool, on her laptop, halfway through a cocktail and clearly drunk. As soon as we came up the steps, she yells, "How the f*ck do people keep getting in this is the third group!" Mind you, the door was unlocked and wide open. Then, she finally acknowledges us and says "sorry we're closed." I work at a very busy bar here in Tuscaloosa, and I can understand being annoyed, but saying something like that in front of customers coming into your establishment is so incredibly gross. I had an offer to work here and this completely turned me off I will not be coming back.

The hidden entrance, disguised as a street-side Pepsi machine with a discrete handle, opens up to an evening of fun. The staff is super friendly and attentive. With two full bars offering a great selection of drinks at fair prices, there's something for everyone. The DJ was spinning great beats while we were there. For sports fans, there are nice TVs and plenty of options for outdoor drinking and dining. I've been to several speakeasies across the globe, and this upstairs gem is one not to miss!

Locals know this place is great. If you're traveling to Hattiesburg for any reason, like a…read moregraduation or baseball game or football game. This is the review for you. There are absolutely no shortages of places to eat in Hattiesburg. Some visiting might lean towards safe places with menu items they feel secure and safe with, and there's nothing wrong with that. But, if that's you you're missing out on some amazing food. Today I took my wife for mother's day as they had some special items on their menu, while also keeping their regular menu available. We started with their standard dumpling appetizer. We get it everytime we eat there and they're delicious every time. The meals we picked were the the kimchi cabanara and the shrimp and grits. Both on their special mother's day menu. Both were absolutely delicious with fresh ingrediants, balanced seasonings and amazing flavors. I'm Italian and grew up eating traditional family Sunday dinners but this bowl of pasta was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere of the place is very modern with a combination of traditional asian features mixed with some modern MTV inspired artwork. If you're into craft cocktails they got you covered as well. The only miss we had to day was our server never came back to take our dessert order, when we asked to order it he confused what we said for the bill and brought that instead. Not a deal breaker, we were actually too full for it anyway and we've had their desserts before. They always inventive and delicious. At the end of the day, one small service hiccup wasn't enough to overshadow what was an outstanding meal and experience. In a city packed with chain restaurants and predictable menus, places like this are what make Hattiesburg's food scene worth exploring. If you're willing to step outside your comfort zone a little, you'll be rewarded with creative dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors you'll still be thinking about on the drive home. We'll absolutely be back.

Cocktails were creative and beautifully presented. The food was great - eclectic Asian would be my descriptor. We had the pickled veggies which included kim chi, black garlic, poblanos, pickles, and collards. The assortment was very nice. The pork and shrimp dumplings were a bit firmer than I'm used to, but not in a bad way, and the flavors were excellent. The pot roast egg rolls were a fun mashup. The okra was delicious - perfectly cooked and great balance of flavors. The pork belly buns were my favorite item. Lots of tender, crispy pork on a cloud soft bun. Yum! I will definitely return if in the area.

Big shout out to Bryce for recommending this drink, AND being a badass bartender who can be great company/conversationalist while also taking the heat of 14 espresso martinis on the board. Also! We sat at the bar because it was just the two of us and I had a French 75 and my husband had an old-fashioned. It was by far the best 75 I've ever had! The bartender was by herself and she was working her tail off! There was not a lot of servers, and it was later in the evening, but our bartender was fabulous! She was also our waitress. Started off with the martini mini board. A variety of cheese, nuts, and meats. It was very good for a starter. Not too much and a fun choice to share. We were not a fan of the dried apricots, but ate everything else. We then shared the pesto chicken flatbread. Crisp and warm. Would definitely get again. It was towards the end of the night and some of the staff gathered around the bar and started chatting with us. We told them we were from Baton Rouge. And got on the topic of football. Fun times and getting to know the staff. Our bartender ended up being in the same sorority as our daughter. It was a great evening. We will definitely be back! And highly recommend! Hail State!
