We just LOVE the Brace Place. The staff is always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The doctors really know what their doing and never make you feel like you need a second opinion. In fact, they WERE my second opinion and im so glad we got it from them because we got to keep all of my kiddos teeth instead of pulling them unnecessarily. This is a good place for an orthodontist appointment. Everyone is nice and welcoming. The child's play area is welcoming and enjoyed by the children. When checking in a female customer came in after me and the receptionist got to her immediately, leaving me hanging. The receptionist should have asked who was next or at least assumed that since I was standing at the counter that I was next. Regardless, I used the opportunity to make a remark to the receptionist. She was nice and managed the desk super. The orthodontist and everyone here seems to be very good. Highly recommend this office. read more

Approximately 25 years ago, I had my braces put on at The Brace Place and the service was amazing. Now I have a 10 year old son who is needing braces. We originally were referred to a different orthodontist here in Kalispell and when we went in they told us we needed to hurry to get 2 rounds of braces done on my son and they didn't provide much information as to what was going on with his teeth. I requested we get a referral to The Brace Place and I was SO impressed and grateful to meet with the Team there. They told us numerous things that were very important, that no one else had mentioned to us. I could tell they had our best interest in mind and we felt so cared for. I will never go anywhere else! The BEST experience with Dr. Bray at The Brace Place. If you are looking for an orthodontist, choose him, you won't be disappointed! My son needed an emergency repair on his lower braces while we were in Montana. We normally reside in California but have a home in Eureka. I reached out to several orthodontists in their area over the weekend and Dr. Bray responded very quickly, on a Sunday, by personally texting me! We were able to bring my son on Monday for when Dr. Bray repaired his braces while also taking the time to get to know us a little as well. This type of care is hard to find! The office was clean, staff super friendly, and waiting area stocked with games, magazines, coffee, hot chocolate, waters, and comfortable seating. Although we didn't have to wait enough to need any of it as they were very timely. I wish we lived here permanently so that we could have him as our home orthodontist, but we will definitely use him and recommend him should the need arise again. My son had braces put on right before heading to Kalispell, MT area on spring break vacation. He had a wire poking him as well as he burned through all his wax. We looked up local orthodontists and Brace Place was the closest to us. I called and spoke to a woman there who's name I can't recall (she had a 2 month old baby though). She was extremely nice and accommodating and told us to stop on by. We did and she took the time to look at my son's issue as well as provided us with the wax til we got home to the Portland, Oregon area. I can't say enough about how professional and customer service friendly she was and how well she represented The Brace Place as a whole. If I lived here, this is where I'd be going for braces and I would recommend this business to anyone I knew who needed their services.
