I liked visiting with the hygienists and techs when I could talk without hands in my mouth and feel like they were interested in me and my concerns. The waiting area is really nice, and often features a DIY or home show and some good magazines. You don't really get to enjoy them though because you don't have to wait long. I like coming here and will continue probably until I don't have any more teeth. Or Dr Ronngren retires.

I believe it would have been the right thing to do- ensuring that the customer was covered and not having out of pocket expenses. I recognized the name as last year he had done a surgery that went so well for my brother. My son's surgery went just as well- minimal bleeding and nearly zero pain. He sent us home with both verbal and written instructions which included the office phone number and his personal number in case of after hours questions or problems.
