I reached out to two different companies that make you quick cash offers. One I never heard back from and the other one I just felt the offer was a little bit low. Brad Korb is a racist man and his team is incompetent. I contacted Brad over 2-Months ago to list my property and provide me with a bridge loan. Brad Korb ran title on my property a couple weeks after we met by phone and we agreed to terms for his firm to list the property and fund a bridge loan. More than two months in, I went to meet Brad Korb in person provided him keys to the property and executed his listing agreement. He advised that the deed of trust to do the bridge loan would be prepared the following day and he would send out a notary to execute the deed and the loan would be funded. Instead of funding the loan he called back and stated he did want to move forward due to the fact that I'm black and young. In addition when I requested the keys back to my property he sent his assistant to the property and she placed the lockbox on the back porch leaving me locked out of my property. These people are racist and incompetent. This is a clear violation of the fair housing and lending rules. Furthermore I was transparent with Brad Korb about the arrears on the property from day (1) and provided Brad Korb with statements representing the same. However the situation with the arrears was cured. Contrary to Brad Korbs rebuttals there was never any mis representation regarding the chain of title. I acquired the property from my uncle's significant other who is my aunt in law which I've known all my life. Brad Korb knows he's in hot water now as he has violated Federal Housing and Lending discrimination laws. Additionally Brad is also in violation of RESPA Rules that prevent a Broker from acting as Agent, Lender and Escrow provider. Again Brad Korb strung me along for months. I was fraudulently induced into signing the listing agreement under the representation Brad Korb made promising to provide me a second trust deed loan the following day for $12.5K. After I signed the listing agreement and pressed him the following day to deliver on his promise. Brad Korb reneged on the transaction due to the color of my skin and age. Brad miscalculated this time and he will be sued and held accountable. Had I not demanded that he immediately cancel the listing after he reneged on the loan Brad Korb would've proceeded with being the listing Broker. read more
